In our company, it is believed that employee development is facilitated through continuous learning and knowledge acquisition, thus the primary target is to create an environment where everybody can continuously learn, experiment and improve themselves.
Individuals’ improvement of themselves and the work they do is considered as the fundamental responsibility of employees. The management adopts the responsibility of fully informing employees, providing necessary opportunities for them to improve themselves and their work using such information, and providing guidance to employees.
Annual training plans are created to help occupational and individual developments of employees through education and learning activities. Trainings identified by Department Managers and Human Resources are organized and facilitated as in-house or outsourced by Human Resources.
